We do try our best at BookfromScotland.com to provide a good service to our customers. Sometimes, we don't get it right: the demands of the book business mean that books can go out of stock suddenly, and the postal system, whether in the UK or overseas, is not always efficient.
In those cases, we do try our utmost to get the books out to customers another way and welcome your feedback and issues. Emailing us (and it will generally be Liam, our web-editor, who will deal with you) is the best way to ensure we continue to provide a good service.
