Scottish Authors
Authors, writers, poets - whatever you call them - are the lifeblood of the books business. We feature here a diverse selection of the hundreds of writers connected to Scottish books and publishing.
Please feel free to contact us with your suggestions, and links to your favourite authors and poets.
BooksfromScotland.com also regularly interviews Scottish writers and poets. Our writer in residence, Roddy Lumsden, also interviews writers and poets. See his blog on the News pages.

Our May Author of the Month is Anne Donovan, the Coatbridge-born author best known for her novel Buddha Da. This month her new novel, Being Emily, is published by Canongate.
