Scottish Crime Writers

Coming up with a list of Scottish Crime Writers sounds like an easy task - after all, Scottish crime fiction and tartan noir are hugely successful genres for Scottish writers. Some of the best selling authors in the English language are Scottish crime writers - just think of Ian Rankin or Alexander McCall Smith.
