Craiters - Or, Twenty Buchan Tales

Written in Northeast dialect as it has been used over the last six decades, this collection of 20 stories are about animals, birds and other creatures, and about Buchan life seen through a boy's eyes. An appendix analyzes the language and spelling of the Auchterless dialect from Aberdeenshire.
