Judith M: Fascinating look at a very rare condition. Especially interesting to a medical professional, giving one a mind's eye view of a typical, educated patient and how certain procedures or discussions look like from their point of view. This was an eye-opener and well worth reading, in my opinion, either by those with concern for the subject or those in the medical profession--who tend to forget what it is like to be an anxious patient.
