Occupational Therapy And Mental Health

This text provides coverage of the mental health part of the occupational therapy undergraduate course and the remainder is covered by its companion text, Turner et al: OT and Physical Dysfunction 5E. The structure of the book presents a logical sequence for learning and reflects the line of study followed by most of the current courses. It is also recognised that many qualified occupational therapists use the book for quick reference and the clear structure is also designed to make the book easy to dip into. The text is divided into six sections. The first three look at the theory and framework of OT. The second three focus on the skills used by the OT in mental health practice and the client groups with which they work.
