Jessie McDonald was from Buckie in Scotland. She had cancer and sadly passed away in February 2005. Jessie left us as a happy lady, as she fulfilled her dream of publishing one of the many stories she had written as a Primary Teacher, came true. This title tells the story of a family of squirrels, and the adventures on which they embark. It is Jessie's wish that all proceeds of the book are donated to Macmillan cancer relief. The book is a great success throughout the UK.
