The Gentle Jacobite

Commissioned in 1994 by the Scottish Amateur Music Association, this play with music is cast for 5 young people with an older person playing the role of the Jacobite Approximately 40 minutes long, this piece is suitable for performance in a theatre, hall or classroom. Six famous Scots songs, including An Eriskay Love Lilt and The Skye Boat Song, are arranged for unison singing with accompaniment for piano and/or guitar.
