This book was written by the Presbyterian chaplain on board the hospital ship 'Britannic', sister ship of the Titanic. It sank in the Aegean in November 1916 after hitting a German mine, with the loss of thirty lives. John Fleming was the only survivor to publish an account of the fateful last voyage.
