Mick Imlah Wins 2008 Forward Prize
Scottish poet Mick Imlah has won the 2008 Forward Prize for poetry for his collection The Lost Leader. The collection - Imlah's second collection, published twenty years after his previous collection - was unanimously chosen by the Forward Prize judges. The prize is worth £10,000.
In the individual poem category, Faber editor Don Paterson won £1,000 for his poem Love Poem For Natalie 'Tusja' Beridze.
