Saltire Society Award Winners 2005
In Edinburgh, the winners of the 2005 Saltire Society awards were announced at the National Library of Scotland:
John Aberdein won the Saltire Society First Book award for Amande's Bed
Kate Atkinson's Case Histories won the Scottish Book of the Year
Michael Penman won the Scottish History Book of the Year for David II
And RD Connor and ADC Simpson won the Scottish Research Book of the Year for Weights and Measures in Scotland.
