Edinburgh International Book Festival 2008

The 25th Edinburgh International Book Festival, the largest such festival in the world, will run from Saturday 9th to Monday 25th August. There will be over 700 events, including a children's programme, and leading authors from all over the world will be attending.

The festival programme was launched on Thursday 12th June and the Box Office opened on Friday 20th June.

As usual, BooksfromScotland.com highlights the Scottish authors and poets appearing at the Book Festival with a day-by-day breakdown. Children's events are listed separately.
