Aonghas MacNeacail, Gerda Stevenson and Julian Colton will be reading from their work, and will also be answering questions from the audience.
Wednesday 15th August
1.00pm - Glory Days: Fiction, Free Speeach, and the Terrorism Act
Two leading Scottish science fiction authors, Ken MacLeod and Hal Duncan, discuss Glorifying Terrorism, a book which is technically illegal under current UK anti-terrorism laws.
Friday 17th August
1.00pm - Long Lunch Press
Long Lunch Press are a new publishing house dedicated to the best of new writing. Alan Warner, Elizabeth Reeder and Richard Todd will be there to help celebrate this new imprint.
Tuesday 21st August
12noon - Annual Arts Brunch: Radical Scotland
Writers Donald Smith, Beth Junor and Tom Leonard will be joined by architect Malcolm Frasher for a discussion of Arts and Culture in Scotland in the wake of the devolution settlement.
Wednesday 22nd August
6.30pm - Ron Butlin Launch
Ron Butlin launches his new collection of short stories, No More Angels.
