Daniell's Scotland: Limited Edition

William Daniell was an artist who travelled around Britain in the 18th and 19th centuries, recording what he saw in etchings and aquatints. His work was collected in a volume called A Voyage Round Great Britain, 1814-25. Now, Edinburgh publisher Birlinn have published the Scottish collection as Daniell's Scotland: A Voyage Around the Coast of Scotland and the Adjacent Isles. The volume which be launched at a private event at the National Library of Scotland.
