Janet Paisley, novelist, poet and playwright, will be appearing at the Bridge Readings at the National Library of Scotland on Thursday 25 October 2007.

Paisley will be reading from and discussing her acclaimed novel White Rose Rebel, the story of a couple torn apart and set against each other during the Jacobite Rebellion. She will be in conversation with Dorothy McMillan from the University of Glasgow. This will be followed by an audience Q&A session and a book signing.
