StAnza Poetry Festival 2007

The 10th StAnza Poetry Festival, Scotland's only festival dedicated to poetry, runs from the 14th to the 18th of March this year. There are two themes this year - Poetry and the Moving Image and Homelands and Exile. As well as poetry readings, there are:

• conversations with individual poets
• the popular 'dead poets' sessions
• performances and stand-up poetry
• children's events
• poetry in English, Scots, Gaelic, and poetry in translation
