Louise Welsh, multi-award winning author of novels, The Cutting Room, Tamburlaine Must Die and The Bullet Trick, will be at Buckie Library to read passages from her books and entertain us with stories of how her experiences have given her the inspiration for her novels. She is a regular radio broadcaster, has published many short stories and written newspaper reviews and articles. She has also written for the stage. The Guardian chose Louise as one of Britain’s Best First Novelists of 2002
