Scottish Writing at the 2006 MLA Convention

The 122nd Modern Language Association Convention will be held in Philadelphia, USA, over the 27/28/29/30th December 2006, and the Scottish Writing Exhibition is displaying over 80 Scottish books.

Organised for the Association for Scottish Literary Studies International Committee by Dr Gwen Enstam and Mr Duncan Jones, two Scottish authors - Theresa Breslin and Liz Lochhead - will be speaking at the event on Friday 29th, followed by a book reading and whisky reception at a nearby bookstore.
