Poet Ann Kelley won the Costa prize with her novel The Bower Bird. At this event at the Way With Words Festival Ann will discuss the book which is a glimpse into the head of a child with a chronic disease and was inspired by the death of her son aged 24 after a heart and lung transplant. She talks about how life tips over into art.
