On the eve of May Day, the director of the original film launches the much-awaited sequel to The Wicker Man. It is 30 years since Sergeant Howie went missing on the Island of Summerisle while investigating the disappearance of a young girl. Robin Hardy returns to the remote fiefdom and reminds us that, even in the 21st Century, strange local customs can still be unsettling to unsuspecting visitors. He talks to film producer Gary Gillies.
