Matthew Sweeney's surreal imagination has made him one of the most-acclaimed poets working today. His new collection Black Moon negotiates the borders and hinterlands of Eastern Europe.

Mike Smith is studying the MLitt at the Glasgow University Crichton Campus. Taking subjects as diverse as bus trips and spider's webs, Mike has a unique way of looking at the world.

Part of the Dumfries & Galloway Arts Association's Poetry Double series, putting the best of local emerging talent onstage.
